Louis finished this one. I like it so much that I asked him whether we can keep it or not. Of course, he said yes.
Boys have been very productive in these days, because of the coming show.

Max and Louis's first ever collaborative artwork.
It was a tough task, as both boys had strong ideas what they wanted to do. And neither of them liked other people messing around on his artwork.
Mom tried everything to prevent a fight, including cover the part that was finished by Louis with paper while Max worked on his part.
It all pays off!

Louis finished this "Sunflowers in Portuguese Ceramic". This is his first time using hotpress Arches watercolor paper. He really likes it.

He painted interference watercolor over the wings. If looked at it from different angles, the color is different.
Max tried to use ink for the black background. It wasn't dark enough, so he painted black acrylic on it.
