Max and Louis are working on a few pieces. Here is the WIP. The flower is by Louis. The bees and building are by Max.
Both of them got ink on the paper, so they need to figure out ways to fix it. Louis plans to draw more leaves to cover the ink. Max might have to use white paint to cover it.
This is the new flower drawing Louis finished last week. He drew a piece of lace cloth on the table.
Boys are working on presents for mom's birthday, although the birthday was last week :-)
Louis is drawing this flower piece. He is doing that completely out his imagination.
Max is working on two pieces, a building and a bug.
The boys each finished one work last week. The peonies is done by Louis. The grasshoppers is done by Max.
The date has been confirmed. We will have the first solo art show for the boys on May, 15th 2016. Detail will be posted later. So excited!
Max and Louis was each working on a piece for mom's birthday. Max accidentally got ink on the bug he was drawing. He cried so hard because he thought it couldn't be fixed. :-)
Max finished this dragonfly piece. He used crow quill pen and ink and watercolor in it. Just like his last bug piece, he left one dragonfly blank.
Louis used crow quill pen and ink to draw the flowers. He then covered the background with red acrylic.
Louis finished this sunflower field.
Max was not quite in the mood today. He rushed through the dragon. He then worked on a pen and ink bug drawing. While he was doing it, he got a lot of ink on the paper. He cuted that part off. Right after that, he got more ink on it. He then decided he would cut curved lines around the plant. Then glued the rest on a black paper. It turned out not bad.
Louis continued to work on the tulips.
Max started a new one with dragonflies.
It seems they are drawing faster than before.
The boys finished these two artworks today.
Max added a few horses in the distance. The size of this landscape is 16x20. It is the largest landscape piece he finished so far.
Louis put on some design on the table.
